By starting a trial or subscription to RealtyCoworker, a service of T.O.M Digital Marketing, you agree to these terms.
The service
RealtyCoworker is an AI-powered sales and marketing assistant designed for real estate agents and brokers, powered by LeadCloser. Features depend on your plan and on how your account is configured.
Plans, trials, and billing
RealtyCoworker is $99 per month and RealtyCoworker Lift Off is $249 per month. Both include a 30-day trial and $15 in free usage credits. After the trial, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Prices may change with notice.
Usage charges
Calls, text messages, email sending, AI usage, phone numbers, domains, A2P registration, and other pass-through costs are billed separately from your subscription at the published usage rates, which may change with carrier or provider pricing.
Cancellation
You can cancel future renewals at any time by emailing your cancellation notice to drew@alwaystopofmind.com. Fees already paid are not refunded unless required by law.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you send and for following the laws and rules that apply to your marketing, including consent for calls and texts, call recording and AI disclosure requirements, email marketing rules, fair housing laws, and your brokerage and MLS policies.
AI and listing information
AI features can make mistakes, so review important information. The service does not include live MLS or IDX data unless an authorized integration is set up, and it should not be used to quote listings, prices, or showing availability without one. You keep control of client relationships and decisions.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or unsolicited messaging; no attempts to disrupt or misuse the platform. We may suspend accounts that put the service, carriers, or other users at risk.
Your data
You own the contacts and content you add. You can request an export while your account is active.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” We do not promise specific results, leads, or closed transactions. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
