FAQ
Calendars questions, answered.
Can clients book appointments with me online?
Yes. You can share a RealtyCoworker booking link or embed a calendar on your website. Clients pick from times you have set as available, and the booking lands on your calendar with a confirmation. Reminders can follow by email or text when configured.
Does it sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
You can connect Google or Outlook calendars. Existing events block time on your booking calendar so clients cannot book over them, and new bookings can be added to your connected calendar. That helps prevent double booking across your personal and work schedules.
Can I spread appointments across my team?
Yes. Round robin calendars rotate bookings among team members, and collective calendars find times when everyone selected is free. This works well for teams and brokerages that share incoming buyer and seller leads, since each agent's own availability is respected and booked times appear on their calendar.
Can clients book a property showing directly?
You can create a calendar for showing requests, but availability is what you set. RealtyCoworker does not know a listing's showing schedule on its own, so confirm access with the listing agent. Use the calendar to collect requests, then confirm the actual time with the client.
