FAQ
Conversations questions, answered.
Can I text clients from my business number?
Yes. RealtyCoworker lets you text from a business number inside each contact thread. Phone numbers and texting are billed at usage rates and may carry additional cost. Texting is permission-based: contacts should opt in, can reply STOP to opt out, and business texting requires A2P registration.
Can I see Facebook, Instagram and TikTok messages with my texts?
When you connect your Facebook page, Instagram account and TikTok account, their direct messages appear in the same inbox as texts, emails and calls, organized by contact, so you can answer everything in one place. You can also assign them to teammates.
Can my teammates see notes the client cannot?
Yes. Internal comments are private notes inside the thread. You can @mention a teammate, such as a co-agent or transaction coordinator, and the contact is never notified. This keeps team coordination on deals inside the same thread as the client conversation, so nothing gets lost in a separate group text.
Does the AI reply to clients on its own?
AI suggestions draft replies that you review before sending. Fully automated replies are handled by AI agents when you configure them, and the AI identifies itself as AI. It does not invent listings, prices or showing availability.
