FAQ
Opportunities questions, answered.
Can I create separate pipelines for buyers and sellers?
Yes. RealtyCoworker lets you build multiple pipelines with your own stage names, so buyers, sellers, rentals or referrals can each follow their own process on a board. Each deal can carry a value and an assigned agent, so totals by stage stay clear.
Can I track why I lost a deal?
Yes. When you mark an opportunity lost, you can choose a lost reason. You can edit the list of reasons and use them in automations, such as starting a nurture plan. Over time, lost reasons show where sellers or buyers drop off.
Can a stage change trigger follow-up?
Yes. Automations can start when an opportunity is created or changes stage or status. Texts and emails still follow your opt-in rules. For example, moving a seller to Consultation Scheduled can send a prep email and create a task to pull comparable sales from your MLS.
