Yes. Connect your Google Business Profile, then choose whether AI drafts replies for your approval or posts them automatically. You can set different replies by star rating, add a delay and a sign-off, and handle Facebook reviews the same way. Many agents auto-post replies to 4 and 5-star reviews and approve the rest by hand.
Can it reply to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok comments?
Yes. Automations start when someone comments on a post you choose, optionally only when the comment contains a keyword. They can reply in the comments, like the comment, and send the person a private message. Comments posted by your automations are ignored, so replies never loop.
Will the AI answer my Instagram and Facebook DMs?
When you turn it on, your AI agent can answer Facebook Messenger, Instagram and TikTok DMs using the information you approve. It identifies itself as AI, never invents listings, prices or showing availability, and hands the conversation to you when a person is needed. You can also keep it in suggestion mode, where it drafts replies you send.
What does it cost?
Auto-replies are part of both plans. On Lift Off, AI review replies are unlimited and 1,000 AI text and chat replies are included each month. On Essentials, AI replies are billed at usage rates. Review replies and comment replies you write yourself do not need AI.
Are there rules I should know about?
Yes. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok limit when a business can message someone, so comment-to-DM works best when the person comments first, and Google does not allow incentives for reviews. Keep replies factual, never share private deal details in public, and review your scripts for fair housing compliance.
