Information we collect
Information you give us (name, email, phone number, brokerage, billing details), information you or your contacts provide through forms, calls, texts, chats, and calendars connected to your account, and technical information such as device, browser, pages visited, and cookies used to run and improve the website.
How we use it
To provide and support the service, set up your account, process payments, send service and account messages, respond to your requests, improve our products, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.
AI calls, chats, and recordings
The AI Voice Assistant and AI chat process conversations to answer questions, capture details, and book appointments. Calls may be recorded or transcribed when that feature is turned on. Account owners are responsible for giving any recording and AI disclosures required where they and their callers are located.
Text messaging
If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
How we share information
With service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, telephony, messaging, email delivery, payment processing, and AI providers) under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Your account data
Contacts, conversations, and files you add to your account belong to you. You can request an export or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be kept as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with the law, and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You can update your information, unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and control cookies through your browser settings.
Children
The service is for business use and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
