FAQ
Integrations questions, answered.
Can I get leads from real estate portals into RealtyCoworker?
Often, yes. Many lead portals send inquiry emails or support Zapier, which can create contacts in RealtyCoworker when configured. Setup depends on the portal. Once leads arrive, automations can tag them and start follow-up. Texts go only to leads who have given permission.
Does RealtyCoworker include MLS listings?
No, RealtyCoworker does not have built-in MLS data. Property search and listing data require an authorized MLS or IDX connection through a third-party provider. Your coworker does not invent listings, prices, or showing availability. Ask your MLS or IDX provider which connections they authorize.
Does it sync with Google Calendar and Outlook?
Yes. You can connect Google Calendar or Outlook so appointments booked in RealtyCoworker show on your calendar and existing events can block availability, which helps prevent double booking showings and consults. Your team can each connect their own calendar.
Can I connect apps that are not on the list?
Yes, in many cases. Zapier and webhooks connect many other tools, and private integrations give developers API access with scoped permissions. Some third-party services may carry an additional cost. Ask us if you are unsure which option fits your tool.
