How We Compared These Real Estate CRMs

We checked each vendor’s official pricing page, product pages and help docs in October 2026. We looked at what a solo agent or a small team of two to five people would actually pay, and at what happens when a lead calls, texts or messages you at 9 p.m.

We scored each platform on five questions: Is pricing clear? Does it reply to leads for you? Does it include a phone system? Does it cover marketing, websites and reviews? How much setup help do you get?

Why RealtyCoworker Comes Out on Top

RealtyCoworker is an AI assistant and all-in-one CRM built for real estate agents and brokers. It keeps every contact and deal pipeline in one place, then answers and follows up for you. Voice AI answers inbound calls and books appointments, and Conversation AI replies to texts, website chat and social DMs.

It also includes a business phone system with missed-call text back, ready-made real estate automations for buyers, sellers, open houses and past clients, plus email and social marketing, review tools and websites. Essentials is $99 per month and Lift Off is $249 per month, both with unlimited users.

The honest caveats: calls, texts, email and AI are billed as usage on both plans, live MLS search on your site needs an authorized MLS or IDX connection, and RealtyCoworker is not a transaction-management or accounting system.

Pricing Compared

Only three of the six options publish prices. Follow Up Boss starts at $69 per user per month, Wise Agent starts at $49 per month, and RealtyCoworker starts at $99 per month for unlimited users. Lofty and BoldTrail are sold by quote, and LionDesk is no longer sold.

Seat count changes the picture fast. A three-agent team on Follow Up Boss Grow with calling pays about $324 per month billed monthly. That same team pays $99 per month on RealtyCoworker Essentials, plus usage. Full rates are on our pricing section.

AI and Speed to Lead

Every platform in this list now talks about AI, but they do different jobs. Follow Up Boss uses AI for summaries, suggested messages and lead prioritization. Lofty’s Sales Agent reaches out to new leads by text, email, chat and outbound calls. BoldTrail scores leads and pushes alerts to agents through its Streams app. Wise Agent sells AI texting conversations by the credit.

RealtyCoworker’s AI answers the phone itself, which matters when a seller calls your sign in Point Pleasant while you are at a closing. It identifies itself as AI, never invents listings, prices or showing availability, and hands sensitive questions to you.

Websites, IDX and Transactions

If a search-driven IDX website is the center of your lead generation, Lofty and BoldTrail have the edge because IDX websites are part of their platforms. Follow Up Boss connects to separate IDX providers.

If you need built-in transaction checklists, Wise Agent includes transaction management. RealtyCoworker covers websites, landing pages, funnels and forms, but you would keep a separate forms or transaction tool for contracts and compliance.

How to Choose the Right CRM

Start with the leak in your business. If leads call while you are busy and never hear back, you need AI that answers calls and texts back missed callers. If your problem is routing hundreds of portal leads across a big team, a routing hub matters more.

Then count the subscriptions you pay for today: CRM, phone, texting, website, email, social scheduling and review tools. If that list is long, an all-in-one platform usually saves money and time.

  • Solo agent or small team that wants leads answered and followed up: RealtyCoworker.
  • Large team with an established tool stack: Follow Up Boss.
  • Agent built around an IDX website and paid buyer leads: Lofty.
  • Brokerage that needs back office and recruiting tools: BoldTrail.
  • Part-time agent on the tightest budget: Wise Agent.
  • Former LionDesk user: start with RealtyCoworker vs LionDesk.
