FAQ
Smart Lists questions, answered.
What is a smart list in a CRM?
A smart list is a saved filter. In RealtyCoworker you set conditions like tags or last activity, save the view, and it updates as contacts change. You can save lists like past clients by town or new seller leads this week and reuse them anytime without rebuilding filters.
Can I share a smart list with my team?
Yes. Smart lists can be shared with other users, and you control who has access from sharing settings. This lets a team lead build a list once, such as unassigned buyer leads, and give agents or assistants the same view.
Can I text everyone on a smart list?
You can send bulk messages from a list. Only text contacts who opted in, honor STOP replies, and complete A2P registration. Messages are billed at usage rates. Email from a list is also available for contacts who agreed to hear from you.
