What is Tags in RealtyCoworker?

FAQ

Tags questions, answered.

How do I tag many contacts at once?

Select contacts in RealtyCoworker or from a smart list, choose the bulk add tags action and pick tags. You can remove tags in bulk the same way, and a log shows the result. Bulk tagging works well after open houses.

Can a tag start an automation?

Yes. Automations can trigger when a tag is added or removed. For example, tagging a contact past-client can start a home anniversary plan. Texts and emails still follow opt-in rules. Removing a tag can also stop or change a plan.

Are there tags I should avoid?

Yes. Do not tag or target contacts by race, religion, national origin, familial status, disability or other protected characteristics. Fair housing rules apply to how you segment and market. Tag by role, source, timeline or price range instead.
