What is Marketing in RealtyCoworker?

Marketing in RealtyCoworker is the set of tools agents and brokers use to promote listings and stay in touch with their sphere. It includes a social planner, an email builder with campaigns and templates, text snippets, email countdown timers, trigger links, an affiliate manager for referral partners, brand boards and, on the Lift Off plan, an Ad Manager for Facebook and Google ads.

What’s inside

Everything in Marketing.

  1. Social Planner

Write, schedule and recycle posts across your connected social accounts from one calendar, including recurring posts, then answer comments on those posts from one comments inbox.

On the job: Queue a just listed post Monday, an open house reminder Thursday and a just sold post after closing.

    Explore Auto-Replies
  2. Email builder

Design emails with a drag and drop builder and an inline editor, no code required.

On the job: Build a clean listing flyer email with photos, price and a showing request button.

  3. Email campaigns

Send or schedule one-time emails to a list, tag or smart list and review results after they go out.

On the job: Send your monthly Ocean County market update to past clients and your sphere.

  4. Email templates

Save designs as templates or start from a template library so every send starts halfway done.

On the job: Keep a ready template for open house invites that you just update with the address and time.

  5. Snippets

Save reusable text messages and replies with merge fields so you can answer common questions in seconds.

On the job: Insert a saved reply with your buyer consultation link when a new lead asks how to get started.

  6. Countdown timers

Add a live countdown timer to emails that ticks down to a date you choose.

On the job: Show buyers how long until Saturday's open house in Point Pleasant starts.

  7. Affiliate manager

Run referral or affiliate programs with unique links, campaigns and commission tracking for partners.

On the job: Give lenders and past clients a referral link and see which partners send you business.

  8. Brand boards

Store logos, colors and fonts so marketing stays on brand.

On the job: Apply your brokerage colors to a newsletter in one click.

    Explore Brand Boards
  9. Ad Manager (Lift Off)

Run and monitor Facebook and Google ads from one dashboard. Available on the Lift Off plan only.

On the job: Launch a seller lead ad for Brick and check results next to your Google search campaign.

How agents use it

Marketing, on a real workday.

  1. 1

Promote a new listing in a day

Schedule just listed posts, email your buyer list a flyer with a showing link, and post an open house countdown the week of the event.

  2. 2

Stay top of mind with your sphere

Send a monthly market update newsletter to past clients and use trigger links to spot who is curious about selling.

  3. 3

    Reward referral partners

Set up a referral program for lenders, past clients and friends with tracked links so you know who to thank.

FAQ

Marketing questions, answered.

Can I schedule real estate social media posts in advance?

Yes. The social planner lets you write posts once and schedule them across your connected accounts on a calendar. You can also set recurring posts, which helps with weekly market tips or monthly just sold roundups. You stay in control of every post before it publishes.

Can I send a real estate newsletter from RealtyCoworker?

Yes. Use the email builder or a saved template to design your newsletter, then send or schedule it to a smart list, tag or your whole database. Email sending is billed at usage rates on both plans, so you pay for what you send.

Is the Ad Manager included on every plan?

No. The Ad Manager, which lets you run Facebook and Google ads from one dashboard, is included on the Lift Off plan at $249 per month. Essentials at $99 per month includes the rest of the marketing tools. Ad spend is paid to the ad platforms.

How do fair housing rules apply to my ads?

Housing ads must follow fair housing laws. Avoid targeting or excluding people based on protected characteristics and use the special housing ad category when the ad platform requires it. RealtyCoworker helps you run ads, but you are responsible for compliant targeting and wording.
