Quick verdict

For most solo agents and small teams, RealtyCoworker is the better choice: pricing is published ($99 or $249 per month), users are unlimited, and its AI answers inbound calls as well as texts, chat and social DMs. Lofty is a strong platform with built-in IDX websites and an AI Sales Agent, but every package is quote-based and many AI and lead tools are add-ons. Agents who want an IDX search website and paid lead generation from one vendor may prefer Lofty.

What Each Platform Is

Lofty (formerly Chime) is an AI-focused real estate platform for agents, teams and brokerages. It combines a CRM, an IDX website, marketing automation called Smart Plans, social tools, transaction management and a menu of AI agents and lead generation services.

RealtyCoworker is an AI assistant and all-in-one CRM for real estate agents and brokers. It covers contacts, pipelines and follow-up, then adds a business phone system, an AI receptionist, email and text marketing, social scheduling, review management and a website and funnel builder.

Pricing: Published Plans vs a Sales Quote

Lofty’s pricing page lists four packages, Lofty Agent, Team, Broker and Enterprise, and every one says Request Pricing. The final number depends on the package, seat count, add-ons and any lead generation program you buy. Add-ons on the page include the Sales Agent, Power Dialer, extra text packages and website design services.

RealtyCoworker publishes everything. Essentials is $99 per month or $990 per year, and Lift Off is $249 per month or $2,490 per year, both with unlimited users and unlimited contacts. Usage for calls, texts, email and AI is billed separately at listed rates, so you can estimate your monthly cost before you sign up. See the pricing section for the full rate card.

AI Head to Head

This is where the two products are closest, so it is worth being precise. Lofty’s AI Sales Agent responds to new leads by text, email and website chat, asks qualifying questions, books appointments and, per Lofty’s site, can now place outbound calls to new leads. It is sold as an add-on.

RealtyCoworker has two AI assistants working together. Voice AI answers your inbound calls, greets callers, answers common questions from your approved material and books appointments or transfers the call. Conversation AI handles texts, website chat and Facebook and Instagram DMs. Both identify as AI and hand sensitive matters to you.

On Lift Off, 100 AI voice minutes and 1,000 AI text and chat replies are included each month. On Essentials, AI is billed per use at $0.26 per voice minute and $0.04 per AI message.

Where Lofty Is Stronger: IDX Websites

If you want a search-driven property website where buyers browse MLS listings and register, Lofty includes a fully customizable IDX website on every package. That is a real advantage for agents who farm online buyer leads.

RealtyCoworker builds websites, landing pages and funnels, but it is not an IDX provider out of the box. Live MLS search needs an authorized MLS or IDX connection. Many agents use RealtyCoworker landing pages for seller valuations, open houses and buyer consults instead of a full search portal.

A Week of Follow-Up in Point Pleasant

Say you list a beach block home in Point Pleasant. Calls come in from the sign while you are showing another property. In RealtyCoworker, Voice AI picks up, takes the caller’s name, timeline and whether they have a home to sell, and books a showing request on your calendar. If a call is missed, missed-call text back texts them within moments.

Every buyer goes into a buyer pipeline, and the ready-made buyer inquiry automation keeps the conversation going. After closing, a review request goes out automatically. All of that runs on one subscription.

Setup, Training and Support

Lofty highlights live training sessions every week, phone and email support seven days a week, and paid setup programs for larger teams and brokerages. It is a deep platform, so plan time to learn it.

RealtyCoworker accounts come with real estate automations already built. Lift Off adds done-for-you setup of your pipeline, calendar, forms, phone number, follow-up, reminders and review requests, plus 1:1 onboarding and priority chat support from T.O.M Digital Marketing in New Jersey.

If a big all-in-one platform is what you are weighing, our RealtyCoworker vs BoldTrail comparison covers a similar choice, and RealtyCoworker vs Follow Up Boss looks at a lighter CRM priced per user.

Our verdict

The Winner for Real Estate Agents: RealtyCoworker

Lofty is a capable, AI-forward platform, and its IDX website is a genuine edge for agents who live on online buyer leads. For most solo agents and small teams, RealtyCoworker is the winner: the price is published, users are unlimited, and its AI answers your phone as well as your texts and DMs. Remember that calls, texts and AI are billed as usage, and that IDX search needs a separate connection.
