What Each Platform Is

BoldTrail is Inside Real Estate’s platform and the successor to kvCORE. Inside Real Estate launched the BoldTrail brand in June 2024 and moved kvCORE customers onto it. It combines a Smart CRM, IDX websites, marketing automation, a lead engine, transaction management integration and analytics, with BackOffice and Recruit sold as separate brokerage products.

RealtyCoworker is an AI assistant and all-in-one CRM for real estate agents and brokers. It handles contacts, pipelines and automated follow-up, answers calls with Voice AI, and includes a business phone system, email and text marketing, social scheduling, reviews and websites.

The Brokerage Question

Many agents first meet BoldTrail because their brokerage provides it. That can be a great deal, since the broker covers much of the cost and configures the platform. The tradeoff is that the account follows the brokerage relationship, so ask your broker how your contacts and campaigns move with you if you ever change offices.

RealtyCoworker is an account you open and pay for yourself. Your database, automations, phone numbers and pages stay with your business. Plenty of agents run RealtyCoworker as their personal follow-up engine while still using brokerage tools for listings and compliance.

Pricing and Total Cost

BoldTrail does not publish a price. Its FAQ says pricing depends on account size, the products included and add-ons like Streams, BackOffice or Recruit, and recommends requesting a quote. Its pricing page lists BASE, PLUS and PRO packages, each with a Talk to Sales button.

RealtyCoworker Essentials is $99 per month and Lift Off is $249 per month, or $990 and $2,490 per year. Both include unlimited users and contacts. Calls, texts, email and AI are billed as usage; for example, Voice AI costs $0.26 per call minute on Essentials and $0.195 on Lift Off. Phone numbers and texting registration may add small fees. Details are on our pricing section.

Features Head to Head

BoldTrail’s depth is real. It brings IDX websites with AI-powered home search, a lead engine with many lead generation tools, listing marketing tools in higher packages, and a performance dashboard called Vitals. The company’s own FAQ notes that a solo agent looking for a single lightweight tool may find it more platform than they need.

RealtyCoworker focuses on the conversation with the client. Voice AI answers calls and books consults. Conversation AI replies to texts, website chat and Facebook and Instagram DMs. The phone system adds local numbers, a phone tree, call recording and call tracking numbers for signs and mailers.

A Listing Appointment Workflow in Red Bank

A homeowner in Red Bank fills out your home value form at 9 p.m. RealtyCoworker’s ready-made seller inquiry automation texts within a minute, asks about timing and condition, and pushes toward a listing appointment on your calendar. If they call back instead, Voice AI picks up.

Once the appointment is booked, the deal moves into your seller pipeline with reminders the day before. After closing, the client gets a review request, and a year later the anniversary automation asks for referrals. None of it needs a second app.

Setup and Support

Inside Real Estate offers phone, email and in-app chat support, a help desk and live and on-demand training, plus onboarding that maps your existing data. Higher packages add a PRO Desk team of best practice experts.

RealtyCoworker comes with real estate automations already built. On Lift Off, T.O.M Digital Marketing sets up your pipeline, calendar, forms, phone number, follow-up and review requests for you, with 1:1 onboarding and priority chat support.

Our verdict

The Winner for Real Estate Agents: RealtyCoworker

BoldTrail is a powerful platform built for brokerages, and it shines when a broker configures and pays for it. For agents and small teams choosing their own system, RealtyCoworker is the winner: transparent pricing, an account you control, and AI that answers calls, texts and DMs so fewer leads slip away. Usage charges and the need for a separate IDX connection are the honest caveats. If you want a system that stays with your business and works your leads for you, choose RealtyCoworker.
