Quick verdict

LionDesk is no longer sold: Lone Wolf Technologies wound it down in 2025 and moved customers to its Relationships CRM. For former LionDesk users who loved its affordable texting and AI lead assistant, RealtyCoworker is the stronger next home, with two-way texting, AI that answers calls, texts and DMs, and published pricing from $99 per month. Agents whose brokerage runs on Lone Wolf software may still prefer Lone Wolf Relationships.

What Happened to LionDesk

LionDesk was a popular, budget-friendly real estate CRM known for texting, video email and an AI lead assistant nicknamed Gabby. Lone Wolf Technologies acquired it in 2021. In May 2025, Lone Wolf announced it would wind LionDesk down, keeping it running through September 2025 so customers could migrate.

Lone Wolf offered LionDesk users accounts and migration support on its newer CRM, Lone Wolf Relationships. So if you are searching for LionDesk today, the real comparison is RealtyCoworker against Relationships, or against what you liked about LionDesk.

What LionDesk Users Valued, and Where It Lives Now

Most LionDesk fans valued three things: a low price, texting built into the CRM, and an AI assistant that started conversations with new leads. Here is how RealtyCoworker covers each one.

  • Texting: two-way texting from your own business number, with replies in a shared inbox and the full history on the contact record.
  • AI follow-up: Conversation AI replies to texts, website chat and social DMs, asks your qualifying questions and books time on your calendar.
  • Price: $99 per month for unlimited users and contacts on Essentials, with usage billed separately and clearly listed.

Lone Wolf Relationships at a Glance

Relationships is Lone Wolf’s real estate lead management CRM. Its product page highlights an AI email composer, Google and Outlook sync, email templates, automated workflows for follow-ups and reminders, and task and opportunity tracking. Texting is available through an EZ Texting add-on, with texts and emails in one inbox.

Its biggest strength is fit with the wider Lone Wolf suite that many brokerages already use. Lone Wolf offers a free trial and enterprise plans for MLSs and associations. We could not find published Relationships pricing, so request a current quote if you are considering it.

What RealtyCoworker Adds Beyond a CRM

RealtyCoworker was built so a solo agent or small team does not need five subscriptions. Voice AI answers calls when you are with a client. The phone system adds local numbers, call forwarding, a phone tree, call recording and call tracking numbers for yard signs and mailers.

You also get email and social marketing, review requests with AI review replies, and a website and funnel builder. Live MLS search on your site needs an authorized MLS or IDX connection, and RealtyCoworker is not a transaction-management system, so keep your forms tool for paperwork.

Moving Your Database Without Losing Momentum

Start by exporting a CSV of your contacts from wherever they live now, whether that is a Relationships account or an old LionDesk export. Import the file into RealtyCoworker, which matches records by contact ID, email, then phone, then use duplicate management to merge any doubles.

Next, tag your sphere, past clients and active buyers, and turn on the ready-made automations. A Toms River agent might start with missed-call text back, appointment reminders and long-term nurture, then add the anniversary automation for past clients. On Lift Off, our team handles this setup with you.

Pricing and Support

RealtyCoworker Essentials is $99 per month or $990 per year. Lift Off is $249 per month or $2,490 per year and adds included AI minutes and replies, lower usage rates, Ad Manager, 1:1 onboarding, priority chat support and done-for-you setup. Both plans include a 30-day trial and $15 in usage credits. Details are on the pricing section.

Our verdict

The Winner for Real Estate Agents: RealtyCoworker

LionDesk earned a loyal following with affordable texting and early AI follow-up, but it has been discontinued. For former LionDesk users and anyone who liked its approach, RealtyCoworker is the winner: it keeps texting and AI at the center, then adds an AI receptionist, a full phone system, websites and reviews in one login. Usage is billed separately, so watch your first month of activity. If you want a LionDesk-style CRM that also answers your phone, choose RealtyCoworker.
