What Grade.us Does Well
Grade.us has been focused on one thing for years: getting businesses more online reviews. Its core product is what it calls a review funnel, a landing page that makes it easy for a customer to pick a site and leave a review. You can send customers to it by email or text campaigns, embedded buttons, QR codes and even an email signature snippet.
It also monitors more than 100 review sites, sends alerts, streams reviews to your website, auto-shares positive reviews to social media and produces scheduled reports. Much of the product is aimed at marketing agencies that resell review management under their own brand, which is why its pricing tiers are counted in seats and locations.
What RealtyCoworker Does Differently
RealtyCoworker treats reviews as one step in the client relationship rather than a standalone campaign. Review requests go out by text or email from the same CRM that tracks the deal, so a closing can trigger the ask automatically through the closing review automation.
Then it handles the reply. The reviews inbox gathers your Google and Facebook reviews, and AI drafts a response you can edit, or Auto-Pilot posts one for you based on the star rating. You can also collect video testimonials from past clients and show them on your website with review widgets.
Replying to Reviews: Templates or AI
Grade.us’s plan page lists responding directly to Google and Facebook reviews from one dashboard, along with team status and notes for coordinating replies. It does not list AI-written replies, so if that matters to you, confirm with Grade.us before you buy.
In RealtyCoworker, AI review replies are part of the product. You choose a reply personality and tone, set rules by star rating, and decide how long to wait before a reply posts. On Lift Off, AI review replies are unlimited. For an agent who closes 20 deals a year and also gets reviews from open house guests and buyer consults, that saves real time while still letting you add a personal line.
Open Houses, Email Signatures and Asking at the Right Moment
Grade.us has some clever ways to ask: QR codes, an email signature snippet and a kiosk mode for collecting reviews in person. A buyer’s agent could put a review link in every email signature and catch clients when they are happiest.
RealtyCoworker leans on timing instead. A buyer in Toms River who just closed gets a text three days later, a gentle reminder if they do not respond, and nothing after that. A year later, the anniversary and referral automation checks in on the home anniversary. Both approaches work. The difference is whether the review ask lives in a separate tool or inside your pipeline.
Pricing and Plans
As of October 2026, Grade.us lists its Small Business plan for one location at $99 per month billed annually, or $124 month to month. Multi-location pricing starts at $60 per location per month billed annually for 2 to 10 locations, and agency plans are quoted. Its FAQ notes that text messaging on some plans is added to your bill and that it does not offer refunds.
RealtyCoworker Essentials is $99 per month or $990 per year, and Lift Off is $249 per month or $2,490 per year. Usage such as texts, calls and AI messages is billed separately at published rates. The difference is scope: the RealtyCoworker price also covers your CRM, phone system, calendar, marketing and website. See pricing.
Which One Fits Your Business
If you are a marketing agency managing reviews for dozens of local businesses, Grade.us is built for you, with seat-based pricing, branded client reports and an API. If you are a solo agent or a small team, you will use only a slice of that.
Agents usually get more from a tool that also answers the phone and follows up. For other options, read RealtyCoworker vs NiceJob or the full review management software roundup for real estate agents.

Our verdict
The Winner for Real Estate Agents: RealtyCoworker
Grade.us is a focused, well-built review generation platform, and agencies in particular get a lot from it. For real estate agents and brokers, RealtyCoworker is the winner: at the same $99 starting price it adds AI review replies, video testimonials and a full real estate CRM with Voice AI and ready-made automations. The trade-off is fewer monitored review sites, which matters less when your clients mostly read Google and Facebook.

Grade.us vs RealtyCoworker: FAQ
How much does Grade.us cost?
As of October 2026, Grade.us lists $99 per month billed annually, or $124 month to month, for one location on its Small Business plan. Multi-location plans start at $60 per location per month billed annually, and agency plans are quoted.
Does Grade.us write AI review replies?
Its plan page lists replying to Google and Facebook reviews from one dashboard but does not list AI-generated replies. Check with Grade.us if this is important to you. RealtyCoworker includes AI review replies, unlimited on Lift Off.
Is a review funnel the same as review gating?
No. A review funnel is a landing page that makes leaving a review easier. Review gating means filtering out unhappy customers before they can post publicly, which Google's policies do not allow. Whatever tool you use, ask every client for honest feedback.
Can RealtyCoworker show my reviews on my website?
Yes. Review widgets display your reviews and video testimonials on your RealtyCoworker website, landing pages or listing presentation pages.
Is Grade.us good for a solo real estate agent?
It works, and the one-location plan is priced for small businesses. Many of its strengths, like seat-based pricing and branded client reporting, are designed for agencies, so a solo agent may want a tool that also handles follow-up and calls.
