Each record holds details, notes, tasks and an activity timeline. You can import lists, link contacts to companies, take bulk actions, merge duplicates, respect Do Not Disturb settings and restore deleted contacts.

FAQ

Contacts questions, answered.

Can I import my contacts from a spreadsheet?

Yes. You can upload a CSV file to RealtyCoworker. When updating, it checks for existing records by contact ID, then email, then phone, which helps avoid creating duplicates. Unlimited contacts are included on both plans.

How do I handle duplicate contacts?

You can merge selected contacts manually or use the Manage Duplicates tool, which finds likely matches by email, phone or name. You can also set deduplication preferences. Merging keeps one clean record per person, so a buyer who filled out two forms gets one message instead of two.

Can I recover a contact I deleted?

Yes. RealtyCoworker lets you restore deleted contacts and undo bulk deletes, so a mistake while cleaning your database does not have to be permanent. This is helpful after a big cleanup of open house sign-ins or an import that went wrong, since you can bring the records back.

What happens when a client texts STOP?

The contact is opted out of texting and their Do Not Disturb setting blocks further texts. Texting stays permission-based. Every contact should opt in before you text them, and business texting requires A2P registration. You can still reach them through other channels they have agreed to.
