FAQ
AI Agents questions, answered.
Will the AI pretend to be me?
No. Your AI agents should identify themselves as an AI assistant for your business. You control the greeting, the instructions and when the conversation hands off to you or a teammate. You can also review conversations at any time and switch an agent to suggest replies for your approval instead of sending them.
Can the AI give listing prices or showing times?
It only answers from the material you approve in its knowledge base. It should not invent listings, prices or showing availability. Live property data requires an authorized MLS or IDX connection, and showings should be confirmed by a person.
How is AI billed?
On Lift Off, you get 100 AI voice minutes and 1,000 AI text and chat replies each month, plus unlimited AI review replies and AI content writing. On Essentials, AI features are pay-per-use at usage rates.
What questions should the AI ask leads?
Stick to timing, budget, financing status, location preferences and property needs. Avoid questions about protected classes such as race, religion, familial status or disability, and follow fair housing rules in every script. Review your AI instructions with your broker, and let a person handle anything sensitive or complex.
