What’s inside
Everything in Email Services.
Dedicated sending domain
Add a subdomain you own, add the DNS records shown, and verify it so emails send under your brand.
On the job: Send your market updates from mail.yourteam.com instead of a shared domain.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC
Authenticate your domain so Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo trust your messages and do not reject or spam them.

FAQ
Email Services questions, answered.
Why are my real estate emails going to spam?
Common causes are a missing or misconfigured SPF, DKIM or DMARC record, sending from an unverified domain, or emailing old lists. Verify your sending domain, fix the DNS records shown in your settings, and warm up new domains slowly.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes. Add a subdomain you own, enter the DNS records at your registrar and verify them. Emails then send under your brand. A dedicated IP may be available as an add-on. Your settings show which records pass and which still need attention.
Can I use my Gmail or Outlook with RealtyCoworker?
Yes. Two-way sync connects your mailbox so messages you send and receive appear on the contact record and in the shared inbox. That way your whole team sees the latest conversation with a buyer, seller or lender, even if the email was sent from your regular mailbox.
How is email billed?
Email sending is billed at usage rates on both plans. Lift Off includes a $15 monthly usage credit and lower usage rates. Email verification and a dedicated IP may carry an additional cost. You can review your usage in your account at any time.
