What is Reputation in RealtyCoworker?

Reputation in RealtyCoworker is the tool that helps real estate agents and brokers request, manage, and showcase client reviews. It sends review requests by text or email, gathers reviews into one inbox with AI-assisted replies, collects video testimonials, and displays reviews on your website through embeddable widgets. Every request asks for honest feedback from real clients.

What’s inside

Everything in Reputation.

  1. Reputation overview

A dashboard view of your review activity, including requests sent, reviews received, and ratings over time.

On the job: A team lead in Toms River checks the overview each Monday to see how many recent closings left a review.

  2. Review requests

Send review requests by text or email, customize the message templates, and set cadence and retries. Automations can send requests for you when configured.

On the job: Two days after a closing in Brick, your coworker texts the buyers a short thank-you with your review link.

    Explore Automations
  3. Reviews inbox and auto-replies

See connected Google and Facebook reviews in one place. AI can draft replies you approve, or reply automatically by star rating with the delay and sign-off you choose.

On the job: A seller in Point Pleasant leaves a kind note, and you post a warm, personal reply in under a minute.

  4. Video testimonials

Create branded video collectors and send requests by email, text, or WhatsApp, then manage the videos clients record.

On the job: First-time buyers Dev and Priya record a 30-second video from their new porch in Manasquan.

  5. Review widgets

Embed widgets that display your reviews and video testimonials on your website or landing pages.

On the job: Your listing presentation page shows recent seller reviews right above the booking button.

    Explore Sites
  6. Business listings sync

Keep your business name, address, and phone consistent across online directories. This listings sync is available as an add-on and may carry an additional cost.

On the job: A brokerage that moved offices in Freehold updates its address once instead of on dozens of sites.

  7. Google Business Profile

Connect your Google Business Profile to pull in reviews and help keep your profile active and accurate.

On the job: An agent in Red Bank connects her profile so new Google reviews land in the same inbox as her texts.

How agents use it

Reputation, on a real workday.

  1. 1

    Ask right after the closing

An automation sends buyers a friendly review request a few days after closing, when the experience is fresh, and stops once they respond.

  2. 2

    Respond to every review

A brokerage manager answers reviews for the whole office from one inbox, using AI drafts as a starting point and adding a personal touch.

  3. 3

    Show proof on listing pages

A video testimonial from a past seller in Lakewood plays on your listing presentation page before a homeowner books a consult.

FAQ

Reputation questions, answered.

Can I automatically ask clients for reviews after closing?

Yes. You can send review requests by text or email and set up an automation to send them after a deal closes. Texts go only to clients who have opted in, and every message includes a way to opt out. You control the message wording, timing, and retries.

Is it okay to only send review requests to happy clients?

Ask every client for honest feedback. Google's policies do not allow review gating, which means filtering out unhappy clients, or offering incentives for reviews. RealtyCoworker helps you make asking easy and consistent, but the review should always reflect the client's real experience.

Can AI reply to my Google reviews?

Yes. AI can draft replies for you to edit and post, or reply automatically by star rating, with a delay and sign-off you choose. Many agents auto-post replies to 4 and 5-star reviews and approve the rest. On Lift Off, AI review replies are unlimited. On Essentials, AI features are billed per use. Replies should never share private deal details.

Can I show reviews on my real estate website?

Yes. Review widgets let you embed your reviews and video testimonials on your RealtyCoworker website or landing pages, so buyers and sellers see what past clients said before they reach out. Widgets can also go on listing presentation pages.
