Quick verdict

What monday CRM Gets Right
monday CRM runs on the same colorful board system as monday.com’s project tools. Columns, views and dashboards are easy to rearrange, and you can build almost any workflow without code. If your brokerage already manages marketing projects or office tasks on monday.com, the CRM fits right in.
monday has also leaned into AI, with agents that source and score leads, draft follow-ups, prep for meetings and flag deals at risk. It even publishes a real estate page describing lead capture from open house sign-ins and automatic follow-up sequences.
The Solo Agent Problem: Seat Minimums
monday’s FAQ says plans start from three users, and seats are sold in buckets, so a team of four buys five seats and a team of six buys ten. For a solo agent or a two-person team, that means paying for seats nobody uses.
RealtyCoworker has no seat math at all. Both plans include unlimited users, so a solo agent in Red Bank can add a transaction assistant or an inside sales agent later without changing the bill, and use granular permissions to control what each person sees.
Talking to Leads: Phone, Text and Social
monday’s Smart Call lets you make and receive calls with recording, transcripts and summaries logged to the CRM. Its own help article notes that SMS is handled separately and that features like IVR, routing and number porting are not part of it. The AI Sales Agent can run voice outreach and SMS follow-ups, and integrations such as Twilio are also available.
RealtyCoworker brings every channel into one conversation inbox: texts, email, calls and voicemail, Facebook and Instagram DMs, Google Business messages and website chat. Add number porting, an IVR phone tree, call tracking numbers for yard signs and mailers, and a Voice AI assistant for calls you cannot take.
- Sunday open house: guests sign in on a RealtyCoworker form, get a thank-you text that night, and a showing offer later in the week.
- Instagram DM about a new listing: Conversation AI answers from your approved info and offers a time to talk.
- Closed deal: the ready-made closing review automation asks for a Google review, and Reviews AI can draft your reply.
Pricing and Total Cost
As of October 2026, monday CRM lists Basic at $12, Standard at $17 and Pro at $28 per seat per month billed annually ($18, $25 and $41 billed monthly), with a custom-priced Ultimate plan. With the three-seat minimum, the smallest Standard bill is $51 per month on annual billing. Higher plans raise limits on contacts, dashboards and automations.
RealtyCoworker Essentials is $99 per month and Lift Off is $249 per month, or $990 and $2,490 a year, with unlimited users and contacts. Calls, texts, email and AI are billed at usage rates, and phone numbers and texting registration can carry extra fees. monday’s license may look cheaper for a small team, so compare it after adding a phone and texting tool, a website builder and a review platform.
Setup and Day-to-Day Use
monday is easy to start but invites endless tweaking. Some teams love building their perfect board, while others end up with a CRM only one person understands. Tailored onboarding is listed on the Ultimate plan.
RealtyCoworker starts with real estate automation templates and saved smart lists like hot buyers, active sellers and past clients. On Lift Off, the team sets up your pipeline, calendar, forms, phone number and follow-up for you, with 1:1 onboarding and priority chat support.
Things to Know Before You Switch
RealtyCoworker is not a project management tool, so if your office runs listing launches, marketing calendars and renovations on monday boards, you may keep monday for that work. It is also not accounting software or a transaction-management system with state association forms.
