Quick verdict

RealtyCoworker is the better choice for most real estate agents and brokers. Pipedrive is an easy, visual sales CRM with a well-loved pipeline view, but it has no built-in calling, so calls and texts come from marketplace apps such as Aircall or JustCall, and lead capture tools like chatbots are a paid add-on on lower plans. RealtyCoworker includes the pipeline, a business phone, texting, AI answering and real estate automations with unlimited users, starting at $99 per month plus usage.

Pipedrive in a Nutshell

Pipedrive was built around one idea: show salespeople their deals as cards on a board and push them toward the next activity. It does that very well. The interface is clean, setup is quick, and its plans (Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate) scale up automation, reporting and permissions as your team grows.

It is a general sales CRM, so you shape the stages around your own process. Many small teams love it for that simplicity.

Pipelines Side by Side

If the pipeline board is what you care about most, the two are close. RealtyCoworker’s board view lets you drag deals between stages, record an estimated value so stage totals add up, mark deals won or lost with reasons, and assign each one to an agent.

The difference is what happens when a card moves. In RealtyCoworker, a stage change can trigger pipeline automations: a seller who reaches Listing Appointment Booked gets a confirmation text and reminders, and a buyer marked Lost because they chose to rent drops into long-term nurture. Pipedrive has automations too, with limits on active automations and branching that rise by plan.

Phone and Text: Pipedrive Relies on Partners

Pipedrive’s own help center says it does not have a built-in calling integration. You install a calling app from its marketplace, such as Aircall, JustCall, CloudTalk or Kixie, many of which also handle SMS. These are good tools, but each is a separate subscription and login.

RealtyCoworker includes local and toll-free numbers, number porting, call forwarding, recording, a dialer, voicemail and two-way texting, all logged to the contact. Calls and texts are billed at usage rates, and numbers and A2P registration can carry extra fees.

  • Listing pipeline in Toms River: the agent drags a seller to Price Discussion, and RealtyCoworker creates a task and sends a check-in text the next morning.
  • A buyer who stops replying for 14 days gets a gentle nudge from the long-term nurture automation.
  • With Pipedrive, the same nudge needs a connected texting app and an automation you design.

Capturing Leads From Your Website

Pipedrive’s LeadBooster adds a chatbot, live chat, web forms and a prospecting database. Pipedrive lists it from $32.50 per month per company as an add-on, and it is included on Premium and Ultimate.

RealtyCoworker includes websites, funnels, forms and a chat widget, and Conversation AI can answer website chat, texts and social DMs, qualify the lead and book a consult. It will not invent listings, prices or showing availability, and live MLS search on your site requires an authorized MLS or IDX connection.

Pricing and Total Cost

Pipedrive lists Lite at $14, Growth at $39, Premium at $59 and Ultimate at $79 per seat per month when billed annually, as of October 2026, with higher monthly rates. You are charged for every seat whether it is assigned or empty, and add-ons and top-ups are extra.

RealtyCoworker Essentials is $99 per month and Lift Off is $249 per month, or $990 and $2,490 a year, with unlimited users and contacts. Usage for calls, texts, email and AI is billed separately. A four-agent team on Pipedrive Growth pays $156 per month in seats before any calling app, which is already above Essentials.

Ease of Use and Support

Pipedrive is one of the easiest CRMs to learn, and that is a real compliment. Its help center and onboarding are strong.

RealtyCoworker covers more ground, so there is more to learn. That is why Lift Off includes done-for-you setup, 1:1 onboarding and priority chat support from T.O.M Digital Marketing, and a mobile app lets you move deals from the car between showings.

Where Each One Wins

Where Pipedrive wins

  • Quick to set up and easy for new team members to learn.
  • Low entry price on the Lite plan and a 14-day trial with no credit card.
  • A large marketplace of calling, texting and document apps.
  • Strong focus on activity-based selling that keeps reps on the next step.

Where RealtyCoworker wins

  • Business phone, texting and missed-call text back included, with no extra calling app.
  • AI that answers calls, chats and DMs, qualifies leads and books appointments.
  • Pipeline stage changes trigger real estate follow-up automatically.
  • Website, forms and chat widget included rather than sold as an add-on.
  • Unlimited users on one flat plan instead of paying for every seat.

Choose Pipedrive if: Choose Pipedrive if you mostly need a simple visual deal tracker, already love your current phone system, and do not need marketing, websites or AI answering in the same tool.

Our verdict

Pipedrive is a lovely pipeline CRM, and plenty of small sales teams are right to choose it. For real estate agents and brokers, RealtyCoworker is the winner, because the pipeline is only half the job. RealtyCoworker pairs an equally visual pipeline with calls, texts, AI answering and real estate automations, all under one plan with unlimited users. Expect to pay usage for calls, texts and AI, and expect fewer apps to manage.
